Version 5.0 of SimPhase Software Suite (released in September 2020) has two programs :

  1. SimPhase Interface
  2. SimPhase Induction Motor Calculations (IMC) Program

The interface can calculate induction motor full-load values (speed, current and torque) using your definition of the equivalent circuit for the motor.

The IMC program can calculate the steady-state running conditions for 50 Hz and 60 Hz three-phase induction motors with or without variable frequency drive (VFD) speed controls.

Option 4 of the IMC program can calculate the steady-state conditions of an induction motor when both the speed and slip of the motor are unknown before the calculations.
